Cancellations, Returns, Replacements and refunds?
We plan to ship the order swiftly for better customer service, so there is a limited window for cancellation of the order.
a) If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount in 1 to 2 working days.
b) If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
– You are free to not to accept the courier and we will refund your amount after deducting the courier charge. Refund will be initiated once the product reaches our warehouse.
-If you have received the product, it will be eligible for replacement if defects are found with the product or you have received a wrong product. In this case, we will pickup the order at our cost and refund / replace in full. If the product is damaged during transit, please contact us with the picture evidence.
-If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on our website, you have an option to raise return/replacement request within 2 days of delivery of product. This will be dealt on case by case basis.
You can either request replacement unit or return the product and get your money back. To raise return/replacement requests, kindly email us on email@example.com or open a ticket along with reason for return/replacement request. Please note that we may ask for photo or videos of the product to approve your request. Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any),bill and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use. We will deduct two way courier charges and return rest of the amount once we have received it in our warehouse and verified.
-If you find the package tampered, please do not open the package. Contact us with a picture evidence, and we will arrange it to be picked up at our cost and replace/refund you in full.
-If the courier is not received by at your end and you want it to be shipped again, there will be additional shipping charge based on actual. If your area is not serviceable by couriers, please add a note during placing orders.
– There are certain category of products which cannot be returned unless found with defects or damage or shipment of products not matching with the ordered product. We will keep updating the list. It includes:
a)Services can be cancelled before beginning of implementation. You can avail a full refund.
b) Certain services like social media advertising can be cancelled after implementation. Refund will be initiated only on the 60% of the funds on prorate bases.
c) Press Release: Cannot be refunded once sent. It cannot be corrected once sent. Incase of a mistake, a new press release has to be purchased.
d) Refund on services will be on case by case and on prorate basis.
How long will it take to process my cancel request?
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order. You will be notified of the same by email.
How long will it take to process my refunds?
If cancelled before shipping then refunds will be processed in 1-2 days. Other refunds will be processed in 7 – 10 days through the payment gateway. In certain cases where we have not received our products, we will wait for it to return and then process the payment.
